We called Evans at 1pm, received a text from Andrew and he arrived at our house by 6pm, Problem solved by 6:45pm! You can't ask for better service than that! Andrew was personable, professional and proud of his family owned business. We heartily recommend Evans Septic Service!

Evans Septic is an exceptional family owned business. i have been using them for the past 37 years…they are always knowledgeable, professional and personable! Both Chris and his brother are excellent representatives of the business! There is a reason they have been in business since 1973!👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸

We can’t say enough about the above and beyond service that we received from Chris at Evan’s Septic! He discovered an answer to a question we have been asking every place that ever came to do a septic cleaning for us for 25 years!!! His perseverance to figure out what was going on was done by being professional and pleasant the whole time! Thank you for all your help! We are telling everyone about it! We highly recommend Evan’s Septic! We’ll never use anyone else!

I called Evans after trees fell on my property and I needed the septic system inspected and documented for an insurance claim. What followed was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a contractor. First, there were multiple appointment stand-ups and repeated calls to reconfirm appointments with Charlie. After Charlie finally came out and inspected the property, he and his wife promised me a written report over and over again — I was told probably 10 times that I would receive it. I even gave them an out if they couldn't do it. Three months later, I still had nothing. What makes this even worse is that they knew from the beginning that I needed the documentation for my insurance adjusters. Their failure to provide the promised report delayed my insurance submissions and created unnecessary problems. And then came the icing on the cake. I eventually had another company perform a proper septic test, and they confirmed that the septic system had not been fully pumped by Evans when we moved into the property. So after dealing with months of excuses, repeated promises, and no written report, I ultimately had to hire another company to properly test the system — and that inspection raised serious questions about the work Evans had previously performed. This was not simply a minor scheduling issue. They knew I was relying on them for important documentation, repeatedly promised to provide it, and then failed to do so for three months. Extremely poor communication, extremely poor follow-through, and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company. -- To Andrews response. You're obviously confusing properties. I'm 30 minutes away and I haven't had you guys pump since last year. I gave Charlie a million opportunities to deny writing me an estimate so I could save time and he never did. I even got the full story from Charlie's wife about a previous insurance nightmare. You were never involved. I'd be more than happy to post the text messages if we want to keep denying things
