Not only did they have it on file, but Heather was incredibly helpful and emailed it to me right away. No runaround, no hassle — just prompt, professional service. This saved me significant time and money as I'm planning a home renovation and needed the survey for the project. It's clear why this firm has been a trusted name in the community since 1954. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Heather and the McIntosh & McIntosh team!
- MGMike GrandyAug 20, 20201.0So this company was doing a survay at my neighbor's house and just wondered on my property and my deck like they owned it. They even measured my garage and deck for some reason. I have cameras up the guy never even knocked or asked permission. When I called the company they state they are allowed to trespass per NYS law. Turns out that's correct but they must give me a notice and let me know ahead and this was not done so they are not in there legal rights to do this due to no reasonable notice. I would not let them do any work for me due to the fact they are unprofessional and don't follow the law clearly
