  Good communication from start to finish eased my trepidation of Siding the whole house & having new doors installed. Joe was helpful with design & cost. Samantha's scheduling, as the job proceeded my many questions & concerns were quickly resolved. William,Santos & crew dealt with & solved all install issues efficiently. I am happy with the work they did. Recommend you hire them for Siding your home.

  I’ll start off saying I’m not a family member, but this company will make you feel like you are and a valued one. Joe was the first person we met. He communicates extremely well, is good natured knows his business and helped us navigate this large project. He met us at our home and we never felt pressured. We were invited to the Massapequa showroom which was beautiful. We were able to see the various material options and see the vision up on screen. Once we signed the contract, we were provided an app and introduced to the key players who would be managing various parts of the project. Samantha is the lead customer manager who like Joe I can’t say enough. If we had questions, they were always immediately responded to in a very timely manner. Both walked us through the what, why, when and how along the 11 or so days. Every project will have its surprises once demo starts. Rob is the on-site Manager. Another person in the journey that listened, had patience, good natured and experienced. The team of individuals on site were hard workers. Neat, very respectful and took their time with attention to detail. Worked on sweltering days never complaining, rather, similar to others we met, smiled and were very professional, The company does things very well. Very customer friendly and understands that building relationships with their customers is paramount. We value companies that communicate well, are transparent and don’t just want to sell us something but not have any interaction after it’s all done. This company has a policy to follow up a year + backing up their work. We value that and it gives us peace of mind they stand behind their products and services. Not once did any person in the whole continuum show impatience. It was just the opposite. It was always we want you to be happy as our customer and we proactively want to entrust us and be part of the family. Highly recommended. We plan to consult and work with them on other future projects. Will add photos as there’s one last item working on. Our neighbors have noticed and commented on how the home looks great. Many noticed how the on-site teams were neat and left the property nicely each day when done. There are many contracting companies out there. This one impressed us from start to finish and we look forward to future projects.

  After getting good number of estimates for siding project of my home, I realized selective remodelling estimate is very affordable. They did very nice job at my home. There is con in their work, they have to improve and supervise the completion job of their cleaning crew.

  I selected Selective to do the siding and gutters on my home. I have attached a picture of the final product. The process was clear, efficient and fast. Joe Agate was the highlight of the experience. He is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. The cost is competitive. If I would note any cons it would be that some of the crew members need oversight from either Joe or the foreman at all times to ensure they are respecting the property and cleanliness of the workspace. Otherwise nothing but a positive experience with expected small snags here and there that were handled immediately and efficiently. I would recommend this company for your home and would definitely use them again.
