  Do not hire this company over priced pushy salesman quality of material is trash call empire best price best service paid 3 dollars a sqft we no money down interest free for a year

  Called a location where they took over a family run carpet store that unbeknownst to me went out of business. Carpet Depot kept the same phone number from the previous carpet store so while I thought I was calling the previous store I found out that Carpet Depot was there now and asked if they did any warranty work from the previous owners. The man didn’t understand so I explained what I needed and instead of having the forethought that they could sell me a service he snapped at me like a child that they had nothing to do with the previous owner. I’m neither a child or stupid to ask such a thing but I do have money to spend somewhere else and I will

  We used Carpet Depot to install new carpet / laminate flooring in our office. We we're able to stay open as the installers worked around going from room to room, which was very appreciated. They were tidy and as quiet as possible, cleaned up after themselves. Overall we're very happy with our choice to go with Carpet Depot, and would recommend them to anyone looking.
