  We recently hired Property Restoration of the Capital Region for a significant remediation project at our home and we could not be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. Evan oversaw the project professionally and made sure everything ran smoothly. Eric and Danny did the hands-on work and were outstanding in every way. This was a large, multi-week job covering every level of our home — basement, first floor, second floor, shed, and storage areas — and they handled it with skill, care, and professionalism throughout. What set these guys apart was not just the quality of their work but the way they conducted themselves on the job. They were easy to talk to, took the time to answer all of our questions, and were extremely responsive to phone calls and texts throughout the entire project. In a situation where communication matters, they delivered every time. They treated our home with respect, documented everything thoroughly, and gave us complete confidence that the job was being done right.

  Thank God for these guys. Todd and Eric showed for what I thought would be an impossible job for 2 guys to take care of. We had extensive flooding at our work. Todd and Eric performed a miracle clean up of everything. They were great to work with. Thank You for everything!
