  I can’t say enough good things about Property Restoration of the Capital Region! They helped take care of issues in my grandmother’s basement and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. Their team was always on time, extremely diligent, communicated every step of the way, and their workmanship was exceptional. It’s hard to find companies that truly care about doing things the right way, but they absolutely do. If you need restoration work done and want a company you can trust, I highly recommend them!

  I highly recommend Evan and his team at Property Restoration for any property emergency - they have worked miracles for me. With several commercial properties in the Capital District, I've had to call at the least convenient times of day, and in all types of weather, with emergencies. Most recently about two weeks ago, I got a call from a tenant that they found about 3 feet of standing water in the basement. I called Evan and he had a team there within an hour... they had the water pumped out that day and humidifiers installed to dry it out for a few days. They checked in daily and even coordinated with an electrician to take a look at everything, and had everything back to normal within a couple of days. Property Restoration is great at what they do.
