  I met Rick at the Buffalo Home Show a few months ago and immediately felt confident in his knowledge and professionalism. After discussing the concrete work I wanted done, Rick and his team exceeded every expectation from start to finish. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, and their attention to detail was outstanding. What really impressed me was that they came back the very next day to thoroughly clean the site — even taking care of concrete debris that wasn’t part of their work. It’s rare to find a company that combines exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, honesty, and a very fair price the way Rick and his team do. Amazing people, phenomenal work, and an overall outstanding experience. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality concrete work.

  ​DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would. ​What started as a concrete project turned into a complete nightmare for my parents. This company brought in heavy machinery—bulldozers and excavators—and completely decimated the backyard. They didn't just "tear up" the grass; they left the yard in a "disgusting, ruined state." ​The Greed: After destroying the yard, the owner had the audacity to charge my parents nearly $3,000 extra just to "repair" the damage his own team caused. He promised them a lush, green lawn and "guaranteed" the work. ​The Result: It is now mid-April, and instead of the grass we were promised last summer, we have nothing but brown dirt and a total disaster zone. (See the attached photos—the images speak for themselves). It is one of the worst backyards I have ever seen. ​The Lack of Character: The owner is a complete liar. We have called him four times. He answered once, promised to address the issue within a week, and has since gone completely MIA. It’s been over a month with zero follow-up. ​They took the money, made grand promises to two seniors, and then abandoned them with a ruined property. Save your money and your sanity—hire someone with actual ethics.

  M.C.I. Is the absolute best! Reach out to Rick for a quote on replacing my driveway, he get me a quote fast. The quote was for replacing the apron, cracked sidewalk and all the black top (leaving the back section of concrete for later replacement). Once demo day came, Rick came out again with a few guys, went over the plan with his guys then asked why he wasn’t removing the back concrete? He suggested replacing all of it due to water problems that can cause damage to the new driveway. He was able to give me the extra price right there and I couldn’t refuse the offer. He also recommend a bubbler system to catch the down spouts and sump pump. His guys were able to tench to the street and work with my plumber on getting everything completed. Few days of rain put halt on pouring sooner but his guys were there rain or shine leveling, setting up forms and just getting everything ready for the pour. Once the pour day came, they were heard at 7:30 and didn’t leave till 4:30 ish. 3 trucks of concrete, they were able to pour the entire thing. Came back the next day to remove the forms and the day after that for cutting the concrete. I am super happy with the final product. I already talked with Rick about replacing my front porch and back patio later in the season. Can’t say enough good things about this company and the guys who work here.

  In the beginning we were happy with the work that they did. It was a big job and they completed it in a timely manner. The concrete had a warranty as well which was a bonus. We sealed the driveway with the product that was required and as winter came we noticed pitting , first in the apron then up the driveway. As per the warranty I contacted MCI a number of times. It wasn't until late May that I got any kind of response. The company only replied when I reached out to them and oftentimes through my neighbor (they were doing work for him at the time). MCI gave me a letter from the supplier with no feedback. I finally got a brief email after my lawyer sent them a letter. The only reason MCI gets a 2 is that the were on time, did a nice demolition and were done on time. The owner turned to a ghost when I had a concern and NEVER spoke about it. It was a few text messages. He never responded to the lawyer either.Never again.
