- DPDelbi PearsallJul 10, 20261.0The guy was more worried about the other estimates I had coming than getting my business!

- KRKaren RossJan 2, 20241.011/8/2023, I Bought a stair runner, it cost $1600… the edge binding pulled off in two weeks, the carpet was not tucked tight and not squared” on the steps. The binding also was not squared with the design of the carpet..I sent photo, they then sent the installer to confirm…He agreed to have it all redone…it is now weeks later, I called the office and the girl said “I don’t know anything about it” She was going to look into it and get back to me in a hour, that was at 10:30. Am..it is now. 4:00, I called once again and she is not there, a message was taken by a Spanish gentleman that had difficulty understanding me…I am very frustrated and would Never buy from this company!
- JDJohn DeBiasioNov 14, 20171.0Terrible service , we used them for a small carpet job. First they didn't measure one of the rooms, and then showed up with the wrong amount of carpet. When they came back to install the other room they didn't take away the carpet that they promised to take. Prices were high also. I wouldn't recommend them for any flooring job.
