This contractor verbally DOUBLED the amount of the estimate he’d been giving me for months a few weeks before construction was scheduled to start, so I dropped him like a hot potato. He left a heat pump install in the garage unfinished and sloppy. I’ve reported him to the state, but haven’t received a response yet. Beware-this is a completely unscrupulous thief who will overpromise, underdeliver, lie, take your money and run. I paid him for a written quote I never received. Avoid.

We hired Mandia and Sons to remove and replace all trim work (facia, soffits, window trim, etc) with AZEK and remove and replace old porch stairs with Trex stairs. Dan is a pleasure to work with, very down to earth and a great communicator always responding to any question(s). He and his crew did a great job, completed the work on time and our yard was cleaned up and left spotless. We are very happy and my neighbors have commented how nice our house looks. I will definitely hire Dan for future home improvements.
