  We hired Daniel through a recommendation of our architect. Our project was a small front addition to our 100 year old home. The addition included a new entry, ½ bath and a home office with a wet bar. Adding a new addition to the front of our old home was daunting and it certainly elevated our anxiety. However, Daniel guided us through the entire project from introduction to the last item on the scope of work and made us feel comfortable and confident with every step. We could not be happier with the quality of work from Mandia & Sons. We waited almost 12 years to do this addition and thanks to Daniel, the wait was well worth it. We were most impressed with his commitment to our project and the ease of communication. He and his entire crew of subcontractors were all highly motivated craftsmen with many years of expertise and experience. Every one of them was always extremely thorough with explanations and very attentive to listening to our needs. Daniel has an artist’s eye and made sure every little detail was on point. He is an honest, hardworking, respectful and diligent man. The project went very smoothly and we ultimately ended up with everything we wanted in an outstanding looking addition that fit our budget and aesthetically elevated the look of our house. Our neighbors can't stop complimenting us on the new look of our home. I highly recommend Mandia & Sons and hope to hire them again to build a new home construction project in the future.

  After moving my mom out of her home of 60 years, I found that her house needed cleaning and some updates to get it ready to put on the market. Living over 200 miles away, I needed to find a local contractor and one who I could trust to communicate regularly with me and complete the job. The scope of the project included interior and exterior work, landscaping, and some demolition and clean-up. An internet search for contractors in the LaGrange area brought me to Daniel Mandia. During our initial phone conversation, Daniel quickly established that he understood the scope of work and could complete the entire project. I recommend Daniel and his team highly. 1.Daniel understood the scope of the work and that I was preparing a house to sell. We based all our decisions on this agreed-upon view. 2. Daniel has an eye for quality and has relationships with quality subcontractors. 3. Daniel checked in regularly with me on the progress and project timeline. 4. Daniel understands the local real estate market well and helped me decide what and what not to include in this project. 5. Daniel has great relationships with local tradesmen, suppliers, and real estate brokers. His knowledge and insight into the region were very helpful to me. 6. Again, I was at a distance and could not always be at the site; Daniel was my trusted resource, and I thank him for that. Daniel takes pride in his work and is a pleasure to work with!

  I have to say Dan is the man!!! I called him and needed some painting done while away on vacation, and Dan got it done last min.. did an amazing job was very happy!!!! Thanks again Dan
