  A+ Team! Kevin is responsive, professional, and leads his team so everything is perfect. In our case, he went the extra mile guiding us step by step through our design. Thanks to his expertise and experience he had a vision for what we described and wanted to build and brought it to life. The crew is also one to praise. They are punctual, respectful, hard working, highly skilled, and very friendly. From an initial consultation to the final walk-through, working with the whole team has been such a pleasure.   We hired K A Builders based on a recommendation from Cabinet Designers on rt 28. We never consulted any other contractors. We renovated a very large two room bathroom that is over 450 square feet. We contracted them for a fixed price. From the first day, their crew showed up on time, and never once did they not show when they said they would be here. Always in communication and available. His crew was knowledgeable about everything. Plumbing, tile work, carpentry, etc. The crew was also very respectful of our home. Most nights the work site was swept clean and left organized. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with how the job turned out. Would gladly use them again.

  KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM, GIVING THANKS FOR KEVIN, ASHLEY AND THEIR TEAM: HEARTFELT GRATITUDE! Kevin is a fine man and honest. He did everything he promised and more. Very reasonable and unpretentious. They did Quality work. He has his own private army of skilled workers who are great people. They did a great job. Detail oriented. Finished the job by Resolving all punchlist items smoothly. Checked in at the job site frequently. They did a full renovation of our kitchen and living room, designed by Juliet Walker from Evolved Interiors of Woodstock. We originally intended to renovate only the kitchen, but when I saw K.A. Builders quality work and Kevin's responsiveness, I felt comfortable to continue to the living room. We did not have the problems and aggravation like the stories I have heard about from other homeowners. I plan to use KA Builders in 2026 for other projects in my house. Now, we appreciate Kevin, Ashley and the team every day when we enjoy our new home. A picture is worth a thousand words and a video is worth a thousand pictures! Like the pictures?
