  I highly recommend J and A. From start to finish everything went very smooth. Freddy gave me an estimate very quickly. I was scheduled and they did it on the day it was scheduled. Derek Horowitz did a great job managing his crew (which were amazing). They showed up 15 minutes early and started working. They stripped the roof, changed a couple of pieces of plywood and shingled the entire roof all in one day. The roof came out great. Everyone was very professional. Definitely a 5 star job.

  The workers were very efficient, courteous and accommodating. They helped me move my large planters and other garden decor out of their way and they cleaned up after. Even though it was so hot they worked non stop and just took a break for lunch. The manager came to the site a few times making sure all was well. All done in one day!! Can’t get better than that. The owner even came the next day to see completed work!! That’s personable! I would recommend them any time.

  From the consultation to the follow up, I was very impressed. Having a brand new roof installed was made stress-free thanks to Nate, and everyone else involved. The crew arrived early, worked hard all day, were friendly and personable, and respectful of the home and property. There was minimal cleanup needed after, and communication before, during, and after was thorough and helpful. I would recommend J&A to anyone who needs their services. Thank you all!

  Arrived early for a very full day install, but that's the point...ONE DAY! A crew of eight, each accomplishing a different area of roofing removal, and new install. They each worked their area through rip off, cleanup, and completion. We also had FOUR new Velux Skylights installed, replacing the old ones in the exact openings. Competent, respectful, and careful around our property, followed by a very thorough cleanup including roller magnets over the entire work area. Pricing is extremely competitive with others, but a higher quality product, experience, and craftsmanship, made for a quiet peace of mind as I watched our job being completed. I doubt I will ever do this again as I am up there in years, but nice to know that quality service is still available near Kingston and the surrounding area. Highly recommend for any project!

  5 star for J&A. I contracted Fred for an estimate to replace the roof on my house and within two days he did a site visit,and that afternoon I was emailed a quote, which was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend J&A, the crew showed up on time and very attentive to detail.
