I am planning a carpet removal and hardwood installation project and, of several companies that I reached out to, Warehouse Carpet in Ithaca has been the absolute best in terms of communication. Joe Lynch at Warehouse Carpet took my call the same day, followed up the next day with information about wood ID and matching, and has been super responsive to all of my questions. He had a flooring sample ordered and delivered within days of my initial call, and was onsite for side-by-side comparison a couple days later. I haven't completed the project yet (waiting to close on the new house) but wanted to give these folks a 5 star review based on how impressed I am with their communication and follow through so far.
