  The owner and his crew did an amazing job installing our generator! From the estimate to the install, the whole process was honest, open and such a quality job. We couldn't be more pleased with this company! We were so happy that the owner was here to work on the job with his crew.

  We always do quite a bit of research before making a major purchase, and replacing our generator was no exception. After receiving estimates from several Generac dealers, we chose Upstate Power Systems—and we're so glad that we did. Scott was outstanding from our very first meeting through installation. He took the time to re-evaluate our needs (our generator was over 20 years old), answered every question we had, and explained our options without any sales pressure. As the owner, he wasn't just the person who provided the estimate—he did the install! It is so refreshing to work with a local, small business that so genuinely cares about quality workmanship and the customer experience/satisfaction. We highly recommend Upstate Power Systems!

  We had Upstate Power Systems install an 18kw generator at our home. Scott was highly recommended by our neighbors due to his professionalism throughout the process. I found the same to be true.Service after the sale is always most important, especially on larger purchases,therefore working with Scott the owner, assures us peace of mind during outages .

  Scott and the team are 5+ stars. At our initial meeting, Scott came out on a cold and snowy January morning. We agreed to a June install date to make up for that nasty day. There was never a question about looking for additional dealers for quotes. He handled all the necessary paperwork and permits for the project. Everything was done as promised from start to finish. The entire crew was great to work with. We wouldn’t think twice about recommending Upstate Power Systems. Look forward to seeing Scott next June for the annual inspection of our new Generac.
