Great experience; easy to work with and competitive pricing. Install was done quickly and you would have thought it came with the home.

My husband and I, both being Senior Citizens, were concerned about power outages. After seeing a Generac commercial on the tv, I checked the website. Of all the contractors listed, I liked Upstate Power Systems. Small business, locally owned. Scott, the owner, came to our house to explain the whole process. He was very easy to talk with, not the pushy salesman. The day of the installation, it was pouring rain. Scott and his crew, Art and Andrew, worked right through it. That's what you get from the owner of a small business. We would highly recommend Scott and Upstate Power Systems for your generator needs.

We collected a handful of quotes over the years, but Upstate Power Systems really stood out with their thoroughness. Our project had some space constraints, and Scott was a great help in figuring that out. He presented us with three different locations for the generator, along with pricing and quotes for each. He walked us through the pros and cons, as well as the extra work and costs involved for each option. By meeting with us and taking the time to explain everything, the process became much smoother. No other contractor could offer us solutions to our specific issues, so choosing Scott was a no-brainer. He took care of all the paperwork, and the installation was quick and tidy. We highly recommend!

We interviewed several companies before we choose Scott. Price was not our first priority. We were looking for a job well done. Not only was his price the best, but our installation was smooth. Scott was on site the entire time our generator was being installed. One of the reasons we selected Scott. He is reachable, reliable, and owns his company. He did exactly what he said he would do. We really have peace of mind knowing when the power is out, our pipes wont freeze.

The owner and his crew did an amazing job installing our generator! From the estimate to the install, the whole process was honest, open and such a quality job. We couldn't be more pleased with this company! We were so happy that the owner was here to work on the job with his crew.
