  Andrew was so thorough installing our mini-split. He spent most of the day here, making sure that everything was set up correctly. We always have the best service with DS employees. That is why we keep coming back!

  This is the third time Sam has been here.This time was a recheck and work was covered under warranty. He is very professional and does good, complete work. Picks up and leaves it better than it was. He is always a pleasure! I will always use DS Home Services.

  We had an incredible experience getting emergency electrical repair from DS Home Services late on a Saturday night. We called several local companies and DS was the only one who ended up calling us back at all -- and did so right away. The technician who called and came to our house, Mac, was absolutely wonderful. He was reassuring, deeply knowledgeable, and very thoughtful and kind. He walked us through exactly what was happening and answered all of our questions, making sure we felt completely comfortable before he left. We were absolutely thrilled with the service -- one of the best experiences with a technician we've ever had. Thank you, Mac!

  Sam Nobile from DS Home Services did a great job installing our whole-house surge protector. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly.   Matt Butkiewicz came to our home during an emergency when our main breaker was having issues. He was able to quickly identify the problem and provided us with the right guidance to address it properly. While the breaker was being repaired, he supplied power to our home using his generator, ensuring we were not without electricity during the process. We truly appreciate his quick response, expertise, and hard work during a stressful situation.
