  I have used DS for electrical work in the past, but hadn't used them for plumbing. I wanted a smart water shut off installed, so I reached out to them about it. The price was exactly what I was expecting, so I booked it. Liz came out and did a phenomenal job. She was professional, did great work, answered any questions I had, and left the work area immaculate. While this was my first plumbing experience with DS, it certainly won't be my last. I cannot recommend Liz, and DS Home Services, enough.

  We've has Will from DS Home Services do work twice at our home,the first time was just for a new electric outlet, which was done quickly and efficiently. The second time was on Oct 22, which was a much more involved and tricky situation. We had a break in a wire which shut off the electricity to the front of our house..This was difficult since we live in a log home..Well Will was able to fix the situation with no damage to the logs and everything looked exactly as it should..We're very happy with his work

  Robyn was great. Took time to thoroughly diagnose the problem of the generator. Also identified a couple other things to get fixed. Once completed, ran the diagnostics to ensure everything was working perfectly.

  TJ was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He came and worked on our new generator and explained what he did and why. He was very patient in answering all our questions. We were impressed.

  I cannot say enough good things about DS Home Services! They came to my home to service my tankless water heater, which had not been working properly, and to address electrical outlets that had stopped working. During the visit, I discovered that I had a potentially very dangerous electrical issue involving corrosion and arcing in my electrical panel. Fred serviced my water heater and explained that it was worth trying to repair before spending money on a new electric water heater, which was what another plumber had recommended. After nearly 2–3 years of struggling with hot water and taking 10-minute showers, I finally have reliable hot water again! I am so grateful for his honesty and for saving me from spending money unnecessarily. Levi also identified the dangerous arcing in my electrical panel after nearly half of my downstairs lost power. He explained the situation and helped me arrange an electrical panel upgrade. Their estimate was more reasonable than those of several other companies I contacted. As a mother with a home full of children and grandchildren, safety is extremely important to me. I truly appreciate a company that puts honesty, safety, and the customer’s best interests first rather than simply trying to sell expensive replacements. I also want to give a special thank-you to Gale and Tracy their amazing dispatchers, who worked with an already-booked schedule to fit me in so quickly. The entire experience, from scheduling to service and getting an estimate for the electrical work, happened within just a few days! It is refreshing to find a family-owned company that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you, Fred, Levi, Tracy, Gale, and the entire DS Home Services family for your professionalism, honesty, kindness, and fair pricing. I highly recommend DS Home Services!
