  To begin, I asked for Cleveland to come out and look at my boiler / try to get it started. Also I asked for a quote to install baseboard heaters. Scott did not attempt to start the boiler which I guess was fine since it was old but charged me for an inspection any way. (I wasn’t home at the time) That situation is ok I guess, however I was getting a quote anyways so if he didn’t do anything I didn’t see the complete reason for it. Moving forward I received an astronomical quote with nothing broken down as I had asked. When asking to further explain the quote and help me out with it (first time homebuyer) he mentioned he didn’t have time to explain it but if I gave him a check he was happy to help. Also asked me if I had ever even been in my own house / had a very demeaning attitude during the whole situation which could’ve been explained and handled a way different way. Office staff was nice but did not appreciate the owner.

  The plumbers were on time and very professional. We had two issues that they investigated and told us what the solutions would be. They priced the repairs and detailed what needed to happen. We had a new toilet installed which they did in a quick and thorough manner. We were pleased with the service we received.
