  I was amazed how quickly they installed the carpet and did a great job. We had a lot of rooms and they did it quickly and very professionally. Thank you so much. The whole experience was amazing from buying it to the installation.

  ery Disappointing After 9 Years as Customers Do not be fooled by the “free installation.” After shopping here for nearly nine years and spending a significant amount of money with this company, this installation experience was enough for us to take our business elsewhere. Our salesman was great, but unfortunately, management, customer service, and the installation experience were extremely disappointing. Communication with the installation crew was very difficult due to a significant language barrier, which became an even bigger issue when we needed problems addressed. After the installation, we discovered loose carpet, poorly cut areas, and staples that were not properly hammered down. My husband is STILL finding and hammering down staples that can be felt when walking across certain areas. We had to repeatedly contact the company just to get someone sent back out to correct mistakes that should never have been left behind in the first place. When someone finally came to repair the loose carpet and poor cuts, we again had difficulty communicating—even after specifically requesting someone we could clearly communicate with so we could explain our concerns. What is most disappointing is the lack of care from management after being loyal customers for so many years. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience, the poor workmanship, or the amount of time we spent trying to get the issues corrected. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Unfortunately, we did not feel that our concerns or our years of loyalty were valued. After nine years of shopping here, we are done.

  After meeting with a few local companies, we visited Warehouse Carpet. We were greeted when we walked in the door. A salesperson asked what brought us in that day, found a carpet we liked and set up to have the space measured.. which in a few days, they called with an estimate. As much as we wanted to shop local, just couldn’t beat the price. Scheduled the installation, installer came and installed about 2.5 hours, he was finished. Carpet looks great and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Definitely would recommend giving Warehouse Carpet a look if you are in the market for flooring.
