- SSSC SMay 6, 20261.0JEM were the electricians hired by my builder a few years ago (new home) and I used them to install ceiling light fixtures and ceiling fans after I moved in. Sloppy work and had my handyman (not a licensed electrician) fix some of their work (light fixture poorly / loosely installed - bulbs kept flickering until one stopped working - and ceiling fan that constantly went on by itself (not a dip switch issue) amongst other sloppy cheap short cut work. I see our future with JEM and it DOES NOT LOOK BRIGHT. Oh and they dont return phone calls. 😡
