We cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! From start to finish, they treated my husband and me with the utmost respect and kindness. The team was professional, attentive, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Our new floors look absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a company that truly cares about its customers and delivers top-notch quality look no further than Genco. I consider Scott Genco family

We recently had Genco Floor Covering, Inc install a new vinyl plank floor in our kitchen, and the team did an outstanding job! Everyone we dealt with from Scott, to Marilyn and Ian from the showroom, to Jason and his installation assistant, were professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about flooring and their products. They have a wide variety of products and met all of our needs. They were extremely patient and worked with us to find the right flooring to match our kitchen. As you can see from the attached pictures they did and outstanding job. We were impressed how they matched and integrated the old existing trim. We highly recommend doing business with Genco and will use them for our next flooring project!

Often times we are told that between cost, speed, and quality that we cannot have all 3. That is not the case for Genco Flooring. I told Scott and Ian our budget, timeline, and what we wanted and they delivered on all 3 with great care and strong communication. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Genco Flooring. Compared to other local carpet businesses, they are very patient and really spend a lot of time and effort in recommending you carpet styles that you may appreciate. When they installed my carpet, they were very efficient and professional. They removed my old carpet and padding and installed my new carpet in 3 bedrooms in such a short time I was very surprised. Everything was left in a pristine state too. I'll definitely be a repeat customer in the future! Don't bother looking anywhere else. These guys are great!

Couldn’t be happier with Genco Flooring. They did the runner on our staircase and it came out fantastic. It looked great from day one, and now a couple weeks later it still looks just as good. The whole experience was honestly just easy. They showed up when they said they would, got right to work, and were in and out before we knew it. Everything was clean, professional, and came out exactly how we wanted it. It’s nice finding a local company you feel comfortable recommending to friends and family. We’re really happy we went with Genco Flooring and would absolutely use them again.
