  We had such a wonderful experience with Genco Floor Covering. The entire process was a breeze from start to finish. From discussing flooring options and choosing samples, to taking samples home, scheduling, and the fast, efficient installation. Scott and Teresa are two of the nicest people we’ve ever met and were such a pleasure to work with. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and made everything so easy. We absolutely love our new floors, it transformed our home. We highly recommend Genco Floor Covering for all of your flooring needs!

  Scott, Ian and the Genco team were a pleasure to work with on getting our stair runner carpet replaced! We went in last weekend, had it measured on Monday and installed today - super quick turnaround. It looks great and very reasonable - highly recommend!

  Not only does this company do an amazing job, they are the nicest people you'll meet! They installed a carpet runner for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it came out.

  I would highly recommend Genco Flooring. Scott let us take several samples home so we could see what the carpeting would look like in our home. He then was very accomidating by holding our carpet for over 6 months until we were ready for installation ( we were in the middle of a major renovation). The installation crew did a great job and finished in two days (we had carpetting for 4 rooom, 2 hallways and 2 stairways).

  If you’re looking for flooring, you can stop looking! I was referred to Genco by my neighbor. I had been to so many stores and was so discouraged. When Ian came to my home to give me a price quote, I was so impressed with his knowledge. I knew right there and then I would be getting my flooring from Genco! I was not disappointed. The flooring is only as good as its installers and mine were great (Orlando and Rafael.) I can’t believe how the vinyl flooring and carpeted stairs have transformed my home. My only regret is that I didn’t get this done years ago. Scott was so great about answering my endless questions. I feel I need to add him to my Christmas card list! I have been repeatedly disappointed with contractors not knowing what they’re doing and/or cutting corners. This is literally the first time I had no issues/complaints. When I was researching Genco, I was skeptical of all 5 star reviews - and now I’m leaving my 5 ⭐️ review! 😁 Tracy
