Unpleasant woman who was not wearing a mask on entry. She did put on mask when asked but guy in back did not. Then they wanted to charge a 3% surcharge for use of a credit card. Walked out. Do not need to do business with unpleasant people. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but that shouldn't be projected on to customers.

Came to my home to give me an estimate and the service Tech was extremely rude and argumentative, quite possibly racist or at least intolerant of my aunt whose English is not perfect. I tried to discuss with the woman over the phone who we set up the appointment with, but she was extremely defensive and argumentative as well. We will have our glass and mirror work done elsewhere.

Friday Memorial Day weekend we gave a large dining room mirror that needed work. We told them we have friends coming over and REALLY hoped it could be done by Saturday night....the lady I believe owner said she’d try..3 hours later we get a call and we were told the job was done....THAT’S GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
