Came to my home to give me an estimate and the service Tech was extremely rude and argumentative, quite possibly racist or at least intolerant of my aunt whose English is not perfect. I tried to discuss with the woman over the phone who we set up the appointment with, but she was extremely defensive and argumentative as well. We will have our glass and mirror work done elsewhere.

OVER CHARGES customers and then will not pick up the phone to discuss it. When you finally get them on the phone THEY TALK IN CIRCLES! I have used them on and off for OVER 20 years, but never again!!! Cannot afford to be ripped off when there are plenty of good, honest companies out there. (And just as an aside, don't refer to 50 year old women as "sweetheart" when you're talking to them, it's wildly condescending). You just lost a good customer. Never again. Do not use this company.
