  Very happy with the technicians that put in a 220 outlet for a new range. I was a little disappointed when I first made the appointment and was told that the tech who came the first time would be able to complete the work if I excepted the estimate. Not the case. Had to wait additional 5 days to get job done. But techs experience and attention to detail that ultimately did the job made up for the minor inconvenience.

  Multi day project, done quickly and thoroughly. Everyone was kind, helpful and went over every step. Timely and communicative. Would highly recommend for any job needed. Kevin, Edinson, Justin all great people.

  BQ Electric did a fantastic job. They repaired switches in two of the rooms with dimmers. Everything was done professionally and they were very neat and thorough with their work. The electrician on Truck 8 was exemplary. He explained everything thoroughly left no question unturned . Gave me great rates for future work and was very cordial , respectful and all-around an excellent electrician..

  They were very accommodating in scheduling to have an estimate of what I needed done Carlton came and explained what I needed done and what it would cost me He scheduled the jobs to be done on a day I was home - at my convenience The electrician was Kevin He was really great Very polite explaining everything to me clearly Clean - setting down drop cloths and even wearing covers on his shoes so as not to track any dirt or debris into my home I feel confident that - considering what had to be done and considering it’s electrical wiring that I’m playing around with - that the jobs were done right Kevin knew exactly what to do and assured me I will not regret getting the upgrades that I needed in my old house I will always call BQ if I need any kind of electrical work done

  Great experience from start to finish. The technicians JT and Milton from Truck 13 were professional, worked extremely diligently and cleanly. They explained what they were going to do and then at the completion, they reviewed and showed us how to work the generator manifold and told us about the surge protector warranty. We are very happy we chose Best Quality for our electrical needs.
