Tool them 6 months to come to install, when they showed up they said my order didn't include 3 large windows which was why they were the lowest bidder. If they included my windowns they would have been the highest and I would have never chosen them. They had to come FOUR times to install my windows. First 3 times they were installed backwards and almost fell out. They damaged my siding, inside walls and left blood all over my window sills. I asked for a discount and they refused. They ripped me off. Don't ever use them.
