  I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with WindowRama. I placed a small order — three windows, two of which were the same model. The two windows were supposed to be ready for pick up within 2-3 days and six weeks for the other window. A week went by, I didn’t hear anything, so I called to follow up and was told that my order was cancelled (I didn’t cancel the order and the salesman didn’t have an explanation). The order gets placed again and I wait a few days for the windows to arrive. No issues with the pick up, I drop the windows off for my contractor to install. I did not unpack the windows to keep them protected which was a mistake, because after my contractor had installed them, I realized that these were not the specific windows that I had ordered. It’s important to note that I sent a separate email to the salesman before signing the contract with the exact specifications and it was acknowledged. So now I have paid for two windows that are different from what I ordered, I’ve paid my contractor to install windows different from what I ordered. It took me many emails and weeks of phone calls to get the salesman on the phone….he didn’t have a solution despite my frustration. Ultimately ended up refunding me about $200 because he realized he placed the order incorrectly. Terrible experience overall and would recommend shopping elsewhere.

  I purchased replacement windows, two sliding doors, and a front door from Shaheed. He brought knowledge and valuable insight to the selection process. There were many checks and balances in place to ensure we ordered the correct product for our space. I cannot speak to the quality of the product since we’re in the process of installation, but so far so good!

  Don't order from them. Their "computer" split our order into two separate designs patterns. No way for customer to understand internal coding that made the 1/2 the order different. We held back 28k out a 160k order and they said they would remedy it if we released another 14k. Their remedy was handsaws and a few pieces double sided tape to change the grid pattern on the windows and doors they improperly ordered. NOW they won't honor their service agreement. Real five star service here. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.

  I had two new Anderson screen doors installed last summer. Parts fell off the next day and one door has squeaked since day one. Not sure if this is poor quality product or due to the shoddy, unreliable contractors they recommend do the install.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. You're better off purchasing a door from anyone else. Sent a damaged door and they refuse to take responsibility for it. Would not recommend at all. Also they have a review block on their google page to block negative reviews!
