The crew was large with many subcontractors on the site every day.Ted was very conscientious and was always available in discussing each step of work which needed to be completed.We worked on several other projects over the years and Ted was always there for me and be came a good friends.Ted was always respectful and dedicated to his clients,who at times,were overwhelmed with the build.I can’t overly express how good Ted is a boss, general contractor and client-oriented person. He is truly one of best persons you will know and work with. Thank you Ted for all this years.
