MaKayla from Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning called to let me know she was on the way and coming. While here was throughly checking both my heating systems. She carefully went through every part needed checked. Made sure all parts were working as they should and pulling the correct amounts of power and gas. She was exceptional at explaining the process and going through everything with me even to the point of showing me components and what to expect from them. Made future recommendations that would help extend the life of my HVAC system. I trust in her experience and knowledge. You should too…

Gold Service annual appointment with Liam was great. I love that we get preventative service to ensure our home is protected for the upcoming winter. The text ahead with a picture of the technician is a really fantastic touch - I felt prepared and secure to have them come in and work on our AC and heater.

Excellent service, fair prices, honest technicians who go above and beyond. We had an AC/Furnace install two years ago and have been taken care of by Isaac. Our most recent technician MaKayla helped us save money, was courteous and very professional. I recommend them to anyone. Do not go with a competitor selling a high cost maintenance package along with the unit. Go with Isaac instead.

Isaac installed my AC unit less than six years ago. When it recently stopped working, their technician spent over two hours diagnosing it before telling me I needed a new condenser fan for nearly $1,300. At no point did he mention that the part was covered under the unit’s 10-year parts warranty. I wasn’t comfortable moving forward, so I called another HVAC company. Within 20 minutes, their technician found the actual issue—a faulty switch—which he easily bypassed. My AC has worked perfectly ever since, and the condenser fan was never the problem. I emailed Isaac’s customer service about my experience. A few days later, their response was simply to resend the $1,300 quote and tell me to contact them when I was ready to replace the part—a part that was, and still is, working perfectly fine. That response is ultimately what made me decide to leave this review. If nothing else, I hope this helps someone in a similar situation: don’t hesitate to call another company and pay for a second opinion. That extra $125 could potentially save you thousands. Isaac was nothing but a disappointing experience all around.
