Jeremy arrived on time. Introduced himself. Gave an overview of the installation process for new garage door and opener. He was extremely professional throughout. Before he left, he showed me how to program the opener and how to maintain the door. He adjusted the door sensors and also made sure to show me how to do it. He even showed me how to lubricate the door. I definitely recommend him!

Ben S supported my service call today which required replacing springs and mechanics on my double and single garage door including weather stripping in the single door. Ben S called 30-minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. He also called me after assessing what needed to be replaced to share the estimate and obtain authorization to complete the work. With the winter season approaching, I was glad to have the repairs completed same day. Ben S was professional, polite, and also confirmed I could follow-up with questions. I spoke to him one last time before he departed to review the total charges. Great service experience. Thank you Ben S.

I cannot say enough good things about Manny. From the moment we met him, he was an absolute pleasure to work with—extremely personable, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was done right. He took the extra time to thoroughly explain how to operate our new setup, walked us through proper maintenance, and even showed us the exact way to lubricate the door to ensure it lasts for years to come. He was meticulous, wrote down detailed notes, and immediately contacted the right people to make sure any open items were handled seamlessly. Manny goes above and beyond for his customers, and his pride in his work really shows. If you're getting a garage door installed, you couldn't ask for a better technician. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the service we received. Ben came out within an hour of our call. He assessed the problem, but didn't have the parts. A representative from the office ordered the parts and called to set up an appointment for the repair. Ben returned a few days later to repair our garage door. He was pleasant and professional. I'm happy to recommend Hamburg Overhead Door.

We recently moved into our new home that had two new garage doors, but no overhead openers. The garage doors were installed by a competitor, so we figured we would start there in getting openers installed. The competitor quoted me over the phone and on the day of install, said it could not be done due to the low overhead space in our garage. I called Hamburg Overhead immediately and Chuck was able to fit me in for an in-person quote the same day. Long story short, our garage was able to accommodate overhead motors with a few modifications. Jeremy was our installation tech on the day of install. Installation was flawless, wires are neat, and he gave my husband a rundown of how the wifi-enabled features worked before leaving for the day. We will be calling Hamburg Overhead first for any garage door needs moving forward.
