After 10 years of owning our fireplace, we had an issue, and they went above and beyond to make it right and ensure we were completely satisfied. They could have easily said it wasn’t their problem, but instead they took care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find. I called Taylor's and they spent 10 minutes troubleshooting with me. She said, "I trying to save you a home visit, because we are booked up until the end of January." So I tried one more time, and sandpapered the battery contacts with sandpaper wrapped around a pencil, and it WORKED! Wonderful people to spend time on the phone to save callers money, at their expense.
