  I spent over a week trying to solve a problem with a casement window sash that nobody seemed able to figure out. I drove all over, spoke to multiple suppliers and window places, and honestly most people either didn’t care enough to help or just tried to push a replacement instead of actually solving the issue. Joe Cardone was the only person who actually took the time to look into it, understand exactly what we needed, and help us order the correct frame/sash replacement. You can immediately tell this is someone who really knows the business and actually enjoys what he does. People like Joe are rare. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help instead of brushing customers off. He saved us a huge amount of time and frustration after we had been stuck on this problem for almost two weeks. Windowrama is lucky to have someone like him because employees like this are the reason customers come back and trust the company. Joe deserves serious recognition and honestly a raise because this is the kind of employee that makes a business successful. Thank you again, Joe. Truly appreciate the help.

  I walked into a WindowRama several years ago and the salesperson was rude and arrogant. I used to deal with them when I work for a window and door manufacturer, they had a lousy reputation for customer service, I see that hasn’t changed. 🙂‍↔️

  Do not. I repeat DO NOT go to this location. The worst customer service I had to deal with in a long time. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Take your business elsewhere.
