  I highly recommend working with MLC Masonry. Carlos and his team were easy to work with and super efficient. The job done on the entrance of our brick home included: new walkway, stairs with railings, and landscape with unilock pavers. Carlos listened to our ideas carefully regarding the shape of our walkway and the overall design we were looking for. He and his employees were communicative and the final project was done within quick reasonable amount of time. For our landscape, Carlos even went out of his way to find the exact tree we were looking for which we appreciated! Thank you again MLC for all your hard work!

  MLC Masonry did an incredible job on our front walkway. They were so efficient, professional, and detail-oriented from start to finish. The owner was super nice and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful they were — they cleaned up everything afterward, even our driveway and grass, leaving everything spotless. The final results blew us away! You can tell they truly take pride in their work and think of every little detail. I highly recommend MLC — they’re amazing at what they do!

  Right from day one we knew we made the right choice starting with office manager Nai who was so friendly and responsive to my calls. The crew were extremely punctual, polite and respectful of our property. Owner / Operator Carlos was on site daily to answer all of our questions and make suggestions which we were so happy we went with. The new retaining wall and matching sidewalk far exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful! Must not forget to mention the little “ add ons” that put the project over the top. Fresh mulch ( including some for my other flower beds which was leftover so the crew edged and spread it complimentary) . Landscaping with boxwoods and a few complimentary perennials which Carlos added because he said “ it would have looked a little bare without them.” And last but not least a fresh coat of stucco on our foundation which looks amazing. If you are looking for high end quality work, professionally done at fair prices look no further. MLC Masonry will not disappoint.

  Carlos and his team were a pleasure to work with on my basement project. They reinforced the old stone foundation wall, created a hallway for easier access to the basement, and poured new concrete throughout the space. They do what is necessary to get the job done right.The difference is incredible—my basement feels safer, more functional, and looks so much better. The team was professional, ON TIME, and very accountable, always keeping me informed and making sure everything was done properly. They never skipped a day and was able to complete in a short time. I highly recommend MLC Masonry to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.

  We cannot recommend highly enough the beautiful new stairs and stonework done by MLC Masonry on the front of our home. Carlos Naula, the owner, and Katlyn Quintanilla, the office manager, were wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable and responsive. All aspects of the work were professionally done. All of our questions were answered and they worked with us every step of the way. Christian, the supervisor over the project and his team were outstanding. They definitely knew their craft, and were respectful of our property, cleaning up thoroughly every afternoon. Our custom made railing is amazing. The finished product definitely exceeded our expectations!!
