  John came out the morning of July 4th to fix our central air after a power surge due to high temperatures. Quick response and did a great job. We also had John install central air in our previous house 6 years ago.

  We had central air-conditioning installed in a family member’s home and it was a truly seamless experience. Everyone from the office staff to the owner are responsive via phone, email, and text. I was given updates at every opportunity and they were punctual, on schedule for the project, and we are very happy with the work. Would highly recommend this business.

  We are thrilled with our new heat pump system that they put in our home! The system is so quiet and now my entire house is all one temperature that I can set! The guys were super neat, nice and quick. They worked with my electrician and completed the task in two days! I highly recommend Custom Central Air & Heating.

  Our AC didn't feel like it was cooling properly so I reached out to John at Custom Central Air, who originally installed our system back in 2023. Within a day, his seasoned tech Mike was at our house. Mike ran all his tests, identified the issue, and got us back up and running at a very fair price. No pressure, no upselling, just honest work from a guy who clearly knows what he's doing. Mike also recommended a follow-up visit in 8 weeks to recheck everything and make sure the fix holds, which gives us a lot of confidence that they actually care about doing the job right. Fair pricing, fast response, and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend.
