No way for customer to understand internal coding that made the 1/2 the order different. We held back 28k out a 160k order and they said they would remedy it if we released another 14k. Their remedy was handsaws and a few pieces double sided tape to change the grid pattern on the windows and doors they improperly ordered. NOW they won't honor their service agreement. Real five star service here. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.
