Ontario Exteriors did a wonderful job. Crew worked hard and clean up was done everyday. I would highly recommend for any roof replacement in western New York.

Ontario Exteriors is a first class reputable Builder. Their timelines and getting me a quotation for a new roof was very fast and the quality of their work was terrific. Their pricing was very fair compared to their competition. They previously installed seven skylights, five of them with Solar powered sun shades on them in our home and everything was terrific with them. We had one skylight that the battery ran out, and we had to get a new battery and when it arrived they came and installed it no charge eight years after the skylight had been installed, that’s what I call really good customer service . They were very clean and organized, and all of their workers were very professional. If you need a new roof or new skylights, this is the company for you!

Ontario Exteriors did an excellent job with our new roof. Chris was wonderful to talk with and the roof crew was friendly, efficient and fast. They answered my questions and our new roof looks great. There is a lot of debris with a new roof and their clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Ontario Exteriors for your new roof!

I just had a new roof installed. Total tear off with 29 squares of shingles. I got estimates from 4 contractors. Ontarios price was in the middle but they were all close. I’m very pleased with the end result. The communication with my sales rep Bill was excellent. I was told I don’t pay until I was satisfied with their work. There was a very minor issue with some flashing that was bent. I called Bill and the next day two workers came and fixed it. All their workers were very pleasant…. And they worked! I was told they’d start at 7:00am. By 6:40am workers started arriving. 12 or 14 in total. By 7:10am they were on my roof tearing of shingles. My entire roof , total tear off, 6’ ice and water shield, new boots around toilet and bath vents and an under lament that seemed impossible to tear, was completed before 1:00 pm. No they don’t rush , they are efficient. Each worker knew their job and carried it out. I particularly like the fast install as no worries about rain over 4 or 5 days where tarps would have been needed. Clean up was great. You’d never know they were here unless you saw them on the roof. Hey a new roof is expensive but I really did not mind writing the check. GFI Shingles guarantee is 50 years and 10 years on labor install. I am pleased!!
