  I just had a new roof installed. Total tear off with 29 squares of shingles. I got estimates from 4 contractors. Ontarios price was in the middle but they were all close. I’m very pleased with the end result. The communication with my sales rep Bill was excellent. I was told I don’t pay until I was satisfied with their work. There was a very minor issue with some flashing that was bent. I called Bill and the next day two workers came and fixed it. All their workers were very pleasant…. And they worked! I was told they’d start at 7:00am. By 6:40am workers started arriving. 12 or 14 in total. By 7:10am they were on my roof tearing of shingles. My entire roof , total tear off, 6’ ice and water shield, new boots around toilet and bath vents and an under lament that seemed impossible to tear, was completed before 1:00 pm. No they don’t rush , they are efficient. Each worker knew their job and carried it out. I particularly like the fast install as no worries about rain over 4 or 5 days where tarps would have been needed. Clean up was great. You’d never know they were here unless you saw them on the roof. Hey a new roof is expensive but I really did not mind writing the check. GFI Shingles guarantee is 50 years and 10 years on labor install. I am pleased!!

  We're so pleased with our new roof! Bill showed up on time and thoroughly discussed our needs and what the job would entail. He worked around our schedule - we have a pool and the roof needed to be done before opening. Our gazebo needed a roof also, and it was important to keep debris off the cover. Bill was on-site when the crew started, made sure any questions were answered and that we knew the foreman, Daniel. The crew got the entire job done in one day because of impending bad weather. The job site was completely cleaned up, and the roll off was delivered and picked up promptly. We were also given detailed drawings for our gazebo roof so we could purchase a new cupola for the top. Stress free from beginning to end! We'd highly recommend Ontario Exteriors!

  Ontario Exteriors installed 4 new construction windows for us. All required lifting, as they are second story. Siding had to be removed and replaced. The men who did the work are skilled craftsmen and they were polite and courteous. They arrived on time, as scheduled. We were very pleased with their work.
