  Project Manager Bob L at Northside and Team Leader John and team were outstanding! The estimate was low pressure and fair, the materials and work were top and cleanup was great. Bob went above and beyond to have the team protect my gardens and NOTHING was damaged! Highly recommend.

  Northside installed a new roof on my house in April 2026. Josh Weiner gave me an estimate last fall and kept the price for this year. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The roofers worked very hard. They worked 12 hours in one day to cover the roof before the rain. They finished the roof and complete cleanup in one and a half days. I am an architect and know what to look for, and I am completely satisfied with the job.

  Northside roofing did an outstanding job installing a new roof for us. From our first meeting with Josh, who explained the entire process and answered all of our questions, we knew we were in good hands. The installation was fast, efficient, yet careful and thorough. The crew were friendly and worked incredibly hard. They were supervised by Josh and Francesca who each made several visits daily to check on progress. The cleanup was unbelievably meticulous, and it's hard to tell that such a big project was just completed here. All in all, an excellent experience, and we recommend Northside to anyone who needs a new roof.

  We had a great experience with Northside. Total roof replacement. Fixed an ongoing problem with a skylight that leaked every winter. Excellent service after the sale. Josh was great. We have a contemporary house with a roof that is proned to ice dams. Josh worked with us to resolve the problems. No ice dam leakage, even during the worst winters.

  We recently had a new roof installed by Northside Company, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Robert, the project manager, provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was on-site frequently throughout the project and made a point to check in with us every morning and again at the end of each day to answer any questions and keep us informed. The workmanship was excellent, and the crew was professional and respectful of our property—they made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very pleased with the results and the entire process. We would highly recommend Northside Company to anyone in need of a new roof.
