  It was truly a pleasure to have Northside replace our roof. They were very professional. The job was on time and completed just as they said it would be. They tore off the existing roof and replaced it in one day ( 1550 square foot cape). Their bid was considerably less than other roofing companies. I have no concerns about hiring them for any work. It’s nice to know a company like Northside.

  We had such a great experience with Northside. They did our siding, windows, and a door. The whole process was so organized and communication with Bryan and the crew was great throughout. They worked with us on our budget and concerns we had about our house as well. They sent out other crews such as carpenters seamlessly within the project. Phil and the crew were great to work with and answered any questions we had; It was clear that they wanted the job done well. They are a great team and we would highly recommend them!

  This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Northside Roofing. Approximately 10 or 11 after my house was built, the shingles all began curling up, mostly on the south-facing side of the roof. At that time, a number of my neighbors were having roof work done, and Northside Roofing was the predominate roofing company used. All reviews I heard from my neighbors were positive, so I hire Northside Roofing to re-roof (shingles only) at that time. This time around I obtained 3 quotes, the last being from Northside Roofing. The 1st 2 roofers recommended metal roofs, with pricing ranging between $150K to $180K. Yes, they're highly rated roofs with a longevity far exceeding my expiration date. Northside's proposal was for a hybrid asphalt / laminated shingle with a 25/50-year warranty along with a complete deck replacement. Likely to outlive me, but not so long that if I were to sell my house and the buyer wanted to use a different color exterior, changing the roof is not an unreasonable choice to pursue. With regards to their workmanship, they are second to none. Very knowledgeable about how to properly install a roof, perform flashing around the skylights and chimney, clean up the worksite daily including removal of most roofing debris including nails. Overall, a great job at a very surprising cost. Selecting Northside Roofing was not a difficult decision.

  Service level absolutely on point, which nowadays can already set a contractor apart from everyone else. Josh, our project manager, walked us through the quoting process efficiently, planned and scheduled the work out, and then delivered flawlessly. Combine that with the excellent pricing they provided and you can't go wrong with these guys. Even their post project follow up on a few items was proactive. Highly recommend.
