  We had an excellent experience with Kitchen Concepts from design through completion. They transformed our dated, dark, closed-off kitchen into an open, bright, and functional space we already enjoy cooking in. Bill took our vague ideas and developed thoughtful design options we had not considered, then refined the plan until it delivered everything we hoped for at a price we could afford. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and committed to true craftsmanship. The project was completed on schedule and on budget, and the quality is evident in the details throughout. Mike kept the project moving forward with regular updates and delivered beautiful finishing work on the moldings. Josh’s matching plaster work seamlessly tied the new kitchen into the adjoining rooms. The well-placed lighting Steve installed highlights Brian’s skilled tile work, and William’s updated plumbing adds the final finishing touch. We are thrilled with our new kitchen, and the result is even better than we hoped for.

  We expended out our kitchen so much more room to move around The crew working was just wonderful cleaning up at the end of each day Very accommodating and respectful as we were dealing with my husband’s hip replacement rehab From the very first phone call made to the final payment the best experience Thank you Bill and crew

  We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kitchen Concepts and owner Bill. They took our very outdated kitchen and gave us the exact kitchen we had envisioned. Bill was great to work with on the design process, and while we mostly knew what we wanted, he was great at giving us additional ideas and options. Having Bill coordinate most of the project was truly lifesaving for us. With young kids and busy schedules, we did not want to be the middleman between contractors, vendors, etc. Bill took care of that for us, made the process as painless as possible, and alleviated a lot of stress. Once the work started, the whole team was just as great. Shoutout to Tim, Brian, and Aaron for all their hard work! They all clearly took pride in their work, and it showed with the final product. They made sure we stayed up to date on the progress, next steps, and were always friendly and receptive to any questions/comments we had. We absolutely love our new kitchen and cannot thank the whole Kitchen Concepts team enough. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen!

  I had the absolute pleasure of having my kitchen renovated by Kitchen Concepts. First of all, Bill Starring was wonderful to work with, and enhanced the idea I had for a French Farmhouse kitchen. Mike, (the carpenter), is extremely talented and really good to work with, even though I often got in his hair! I think he was just as excited to watch the progress of the renovation. But, it wasn't just Bill and Mike, Steve the electrician and Brian who installed the tile were just as wonderful. My kitchen was done in less than a month, and it is just beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about Kitchen Concepts, I highly recommend them.
