  John from Phoenix Mechanical has been so helpful and responsive in solving issues with our new heat pumps. He finds a solution, then clearly communicates the source of the issue and how to make our system work best moving forward. He’s also very patient with our two dogs, which is an added bonus! 😊 We appreciate his help.

  We love Phoenix Mechanical. Their efficient professional and personalized service is unparalleled. The office team (Jennifer, Tricia) and the technical team never fail whenever we need an emergency or routine service. Today, our technician, Joshua, arrived promptly and expertly provided the seasonal tune-up for our HVAC system.Then he travelled to our daughter’s home a few miles away to similarly service their system. He is efficient, personable and a true asset to the Phoenix team. We are thrilled to be a part of the Phoenix family.

  Christian checked my entire heating system and was not only very personable, but he arrived on time within the window of service and was extremely helpful. Such a pleasure working with Phoenix and their staff, always so professional.

  Phoenix has been a life saver on multiple occasions. Their entire staff is intimately familiar with our hvac system for quick fixes and diagnoses, and their customer service is incredible. I have twice needed emergency service on weekends, and someone called me immediately after getting my message and had a tech out in under an hour. A+++ business. Highly, highly recommend.
