Horrible. Been with them since 2023 and i can say, they don't help you in any way and they treat you like you're a new customer all the time. Don't ask them for urgent assistance because they will charge you $150 for going outside of normal business hours without informing you. I also had called that day and asked for a price and they gave me a good one, until i received the bill (charged as a new customer). I went and told them about the price and they never got back to me. So i got overcharged for the service that was out of my budget at the time and they go ahead and charge a late fee because they lied about the price in the first place. You can see my frustration. You try to talk to someone in charge but they don't care at all. Please RUN. THEY ARE GREED.
