  My water heater suddenly stopped working. I looked into potential causes, found out it could be a thermocouple. Went to the nearest hardware store to grab one, only to find out that this specific model has a thermopile. I thought I was doomed. I begrudgingly called the HVAC guys (not because I don't like them, but because I was looking to fix it myself, quickly, so I didn't have to make my family wait) and didn't get a clear answer other than "tomorrow." Okay, no worries. Tomorrow came. Things didn't work out and I hadn't heard back at all. We started calling around to see if anyone might have the part. Another local store recommended ID Booth. From the minute we walked in, we were met with warmth and kindness. The associate that helped us was an absolute gem. He made sure that we had the right part and even went through the trouble of calling the manufacturer to verify the part number and everything. Thanks to that sweet man, I had hot water back in no time for less than the price of a service call! These specialty parts are not easy to find, even online, and not all sources are verifiable. I'm SO incredibly thankful for ID Booth and their staff for having just what I needed on hand when I needed it the most! They saved me money, time, frustration, and a lot of phone calls. I will recommend them to everyone and be back for future needs for sure!

  The two rating isn't because they didn't have what I needed. It is because the employees couldn't decide who "had" to help me out. (There was nobody else in there). They couldn't be friendly, or helpful, or barely even respond. The guy eventually just walked away from me without ever helping. Not a good business model.
