James did a great job making sure the windows matched the existing trim. He listened to me n respected my wishes. The exterior trim was carefully done to match my older home. I am very happy with the whole project.

Wonderful company, we loved that they were local. Commutation was slow at times but the windows looks great! Would definitely hire them again!

I love my new windows! I had all windows replaced: 1 LR picture window (w 2 side double hungs), and 7 other windows (including 2 extra large doubles that use to be sliders). My LR is tempered with glare screen so cant see inside during the day. I followed all Clark’s advice on what type and sizes to use (ie went bigger w the side double hungs in the LR to get more air flow) and am glad I did. Paramount beat the competition with their cash discount and word of mouth on Next Door was great. Shane and Spencer worked their tails off for 3 days which included coil around all the windows AND fixing 4 ledges around my glass block and recoiling. Paramount was willing to do those ‘extras’. Nicest group of guys and so easy to work with .

Service is not great and takes several days to maybe get a call back if you’re lucky. Had a few questions with concerns about a recent install and it’s like pulling teeth to get a response back.

I had all the windows in my house replaced, as well as my back patio door. Price was decent. Product is good. Installation process was great! There were about 6 guys who got the job done and they were very respectful and efficient. I had no complaints with them. HOWEVER, my rating is due to the fact that the person who does the quote and orders messed up several times. My estimate was wrong. Luckily I caught multiple issues before install day. I asked questions about screens, and sliding door locks and was given the incorrect answers which led to me paying more. I was told my sliding door would have an exterior lock. On installation day it didn’t have one. I was told it would be ordered and installed before end of July. It’s now September and I still do not have the locking door handle. I am being ignored despite my various attempts and methods of reaching out. While I want to recommend this company because of how wonderful the installation team was, I do worry about how the process will be if I ever have an issue with my windows since they do not seem to respond to phone, email, or texts.
