- JLJoseph LicastriAug 3, 20265.0I called local Wayne Dalton around 3pm on Friday afternoon about my broken door, after explaining the problem with Wayne, he said he can have someone here mid-morning Monday, and the door will be repaired when they leave. Sure enough, Jason arrived at 10:30, diagnosed the problem and retrieved the replacement parts from his truck and repaired the door in less than an hour, and what I felt was a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them and call them again if needed.

The initial experience was very positive - the representative was friendly and knowledgeable, and the sales lead quickly scheduled a visit. During the quote process, he took the time to explain our options and was great to work with. We received our quote on 3/19. Unfortunately, communication completely stopped after that. I sent follow-up emails on 3/25, 4/6, and again on 4/28 with additional questions, but never received a response. Due to the lack of communication, we ultimately decided to go elsewhere for our garage doors. The early customer service was excellent, but the follow-through left us feeling like the focus was more on making the sale than helping us through the decision process.
