  JACOB IN THE SYRACUSE OFFICE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GOT ALL QUESTIONS ANSWERED, THEN GOT THE PROJECT UNDER WAY. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY INTO THE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION AND WAS COMPLETED VERY QUICKLY. CONSTRUCTION CREW WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW THEIR WORK. TO SUM UP 1. GREAT PRODUCT 2. GOOD SERVICE 3. AWESOME PEOPLE MANTON WHIPPLE BRIDGEPORT, NY

  We absolutely love our new Tuff Shed! The quality is outstanding, and the installation team did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. We’d also like to give a special thank you to Jacob, who was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire purchasing experience smooth and stress-free. The finished shed looks fantastic and is exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking for a durable, well-built shed. Thank you for a great experience!

  Wonderful company and a great product! I had mine delivered today and the installers did a fast job and cleaned up afterwards. This shed is very well constructed and worth the wait and the price was right! Shout out to Jacob Rhea for being so accommodating and helping me every step of the way. Five stars for customer service, price and the product.

  I have to say that my overall experience with TuffShed was excellent. the sales person, Jacob Rhea, was excellent. we must have gone through about ten meetings, some online, where i made changes. basically, the beginning bldg & final bldg were completely different, and Jacob took it all in stride! the builders were excellent, answered all my questions, showed-up on-time, and did an excellent job. One flaw was 2 bad pieces of molding; and that was the only major flaw! bldg went up in 2 days... 2 DAYS!!! I couldn't be happier, and would recommend TuffShed bldgs to everyone.

  Great quality was the key for my purchase. Home Depot sells the same brand, but I couldn’t find anyone speak with about purchasing a shed. So I went to Tuff Shed in East Syracuse and Met with Jason, who answered all my questions and helped design exactly what I wanted. Shed was delivered June 1 as promised and assembled by Jeff (Tuff Shed certified installer. Jeff is a true professional with amazing knowledge and work ethic.
