  Great quality was the key for my purchase. Home Depot sells the same brand, but I couldn’t find anyone speak with about purchasing a shed. So I went to Tuff Shed in East Syracuse and Met with Jason, who answered all my questions and helped design exactly what I wanted. Shed was delivered June 1 as promised and assembled by Jeff (Tuff Shed certified installer. Jeff is a true professional with amazing knowledge and work ethic.

  They did a great job. Fast installation and friendly service. In particular they dealt with terrible weather and the shed stood up to the test of this crazy weather! Thank you Jake!

  A big Thank You to Tuff Shed!! Tuff Shed was super easy right from the online design to delivery and installation. They kept us well informed, answered all my questions, and were very friendly. The installers had to walk through my neighbors front yard to get the pieces to the back of my house due to a large apple tree in my front yard. My neighbor commented on how " They were so nice and curtious about walking through their yard.". (Luckily my neighbor did not care.) But, the installers were great about finding out. We are happy with the product. The installers were very meticulous in the leveling and sturdiness of the shed. The shed seems well made. I really like the handle. The handle has a lock on outside and a lever on the inside to open the door from inside the shed. The only thing I was some what disappointed with was the ramp. The sections do not connect together. The ramp sections connect into a ledge on the bottom of the door. There are 2 levels to latch the ramps into. The top level you will not have a ledge to bump over while driving your mower in but, the doors do not close. The lower level the doors close but there is a bump driving the mower in. Both levels are steep. I feel as though I am gonna slip and fall walking up them. Not a ton of traction on the ramps.

  From the order to delivery ,and installation.everything was perfect. Except for the Corona Virus causing a delay which was no fault of Tuff Shed. I a very happy with the quality of the shed and super installation of the shed..I highly recommend Tuff Shed.
