  HPS was the best choice for our generator purchase and install. From our sales rep, Kyle, to the installation crew of Richie, Justin, Chris and Brandon, everyone we worked with was knowlegeable, professional and showed a real interest in making our install safe, accurate and appropriate for our needs. These guys are excellent and if you select anyone else for a generator install, you're making a mistake. HPS is highly, highly recommended!

  Except for a couple of unavoidable installation date re-schedules, the whole process with HPS went very smooth from start to finish. The office staff was very courteous & Zach the Field Rep was exceptional. We just had a 24 kw Generac installed by Richie, Chris & Jason. They were on time, very polite & professional. Richie walked me thru setting up the App > looks like it could be very useful... If you're in the market for a home standby generator, we highly recommend Home Power Systems. Thanks HPS for an overall pleasurable experience & a quality installation!

  I had a Generac generator installed by Home Power Systems yesterday.The crew of 3 were great (Richie, Jason & Brandon). Zach was my initial contact as he did my quote and site evaluation. He did it quickly and efficiently. Communication with the company was very good. All four were professional, courteous, efficient and arrived when they said they would. Upon completion Richie explained step by step the function of the generator, what all the bells and whistles meant. Helped to set me up with the mobile app so I could monitor the function of my generator. He even explained that there was a part missing (heating component, I think) that would be installed once the part came in. I would have had no idea anything was missing. He went over all of the paperwork with me. Gave me the opportunity to ask questions and then he was on his way. It was a great experience. If the generator works as well as this crew did then I'll have no complaint. I'm looking forward to our next power outage to see how this unit works. Definitely would recommend this business for a generator install. Thank you to my friend Karen for recommending them.

  I recently had a generator installed at my house by Home Power Systems. They did a great job and it was a pleasant experience to work with them from start to finish. Zach came to my home to provide an estimate and was informative, helpful, and fair. Justin, Chris, and Jason did my install and were quick and the whole experience was seamless. I am really happy with my new generator and would recommend Home Power Systems highly. They handle everything and make the whole process very easy.
