  Great experience all the way around. Matt was helpful/informative in helping us make our selection and we definitely got the installation A-Team - Richie, Jason, Chris and Dave did a terrific job - fast, efficient and neat. Too bad that National Grid took so long to get back...but that's on them! Would definitely recommend.

  4/16/26 we had Home Power Systems install our new generac generator today. The installers Richie, Jason, Chris, Dave were on time ready to go at the assigned time. They were courteous and highly professional team who were a pleasure to have. We enjoyed socializing with them and they were excellent at explanation the operation of the generator. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase and install a generator. Thank you for your service. The Company should be proud to have you in the front lines serving their customers. I

  Had an existing generator that decided not to "generate" any more. Called HPS and scheduled an appointment with Zach to determine options for replacement. The unit in question was installed I believe in 2006 and was undersized so I knew a new one was needed. Zach was on time for the appointment (I'm old school, that means early) and we discussed options. Zach is very knowledgeable and after looking at my current install and going over needs and options we decided on a Kohler. Install day arrived yesterday and the crew of Richie, Dave, Chris, and Jason arrived on time(early). It was clear they have worked together before and were all polite, professional, knowledgeable, and pet friendly. They got busy with the uninstall/reinstall and made short work of it as a well oiled team. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the overall purchase of the unit.

  Home Power Systems installed a Generac generator at my home. Justin, Chris, Mike and Dave installed it. Zach was the sales associate. They we all on time, professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. It was smooth process and I would highly recommend Home Power Systems. Thank you.
