  I’ll start by saying the only reason there getting 1 star is because of the salesman Derek, he was great to work with and handled all the leg work with RGE to get a portion of the work paid for. We had our attic insulation done on Monday and while I can’t speak on the quality of work done because I haven’t gone up there I can speak on the character of the employees. While my wife was home, assuming while they were cleaning up one of the employees grabbed a $300 bottle of whiskey off my bar. This is a bottle that I drank out of on Sunday and noticed it was missing on Tuesday and in a 48 hour span there were 5 people in my house …me, my wife, and 3 MIG employees. This Bottle was an oversized 3L bottle that isn’t available in the US that makes it even worse. I started by calling the company and was told the foreman would be made available and I would get a call back. It’s now Friday with no response, no call, and no email which seemed very unprofessional as a company. As a contractor myself I’ve actually worked with this company in the past and they’ve always been a delight to work with and from the time I signed the contract to the time they came over i gave them plenty of praise to family and friends. But when all was said and done it’s just been a disheartening experience and would not recommend.

  They replaced a gutter . The work is good, however, the mess they left was ridiculous! This is only what we found on our deck. There is a ton more in the yard that we need to get to. We have a dog, and worried these will cause a problem if she steps on them.

  Had onsite estimate for insulation, never got back to me on actual estimate or responded back to my inquiries.
