  It would be great if they responded to my phone calls, leaving voicemails and speaking directly to people. And also submitting multiple online requests through their website. I've never been called back or emailed. No automatic reply to the submission on the website. This has been going on for over 2 years. I need to just drop by the location, as my request has been unheard.

  This review is not about the quality of their work on my neighbor’s home. It is about how they handled access to my property. The contractor and its subcontractors needed to enter my property to complete the job next door. Before the work began, I requested a certificate of insurance showing that I was properly protected and named as an additional insured. I called to verify that the certificate would be provided before anyone entered my property. Instead, I was given the runaround and told the request had been “sent up the chain.” Work began without the certificate being provided. It has now been three weeks since the job was completed, and I still have not received it. Whether a contractor is working directly on your home or needs access to your property for a neighboring job, verify that the contractor and all subcontractors carry proper liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Obtain the required certificates before allowing work to begin so you and your property are protected. They promised but never delivered. Hopefully this helps...stay protected

  I had MIG remove cellulose from a large cathedral ceiling. Derek was a fantastic estimator, the work was scheduled within a few weeks, and the crew that did the work was thorough and clean. Highly recommended!

  I had 3 estimates for complete gutter and downspout replacement on my house, and MIG surprisingly was the lowest bidder. I saved at least $1200 on a $3500 job by using MIG. Communication with Stefanie, who estimated my job was timely and complete. The crew did the whole house in less than one day except for 4 feet of gutter and the attached downspout - they had to leave because of a wasp infestation. Once the exterminators did their job MIG was back within 2 business days of my notification to finish the job. Job site was clean and organized during and after the work. The bigger 6 inch gutters look great, and help hide more of the mildew on my fascia boards!

  The price for new gutters and some possible facia work was great. They were less than anyone else and I had used them years ago on another home for gutters that turned out great. The sold me leaf guards, they held onto the leaves, they were stuck to them-harder to get rid of then just blowing out the gutters. They removed them but I still had to pay for the materials…that I will never use, $300. In a few areas the rain falls behind the gutters, one leak is where you step onto the porch. There are multiple areas. They put guards up, I don’t have a steep roof and never had run over in the past with my smaller gutters. They made the ice damns worse. I withheld payment when I noticed the leaf problem, they fixed that. The other issues they have not returned a call since I paid them. No guarantee of work apparently.
