- LMLinde MullJun 8, 20265.0Excellent experience. Had our entryway closets done and they came out great. Maria came out and measured/got ideas first, then went into the showroom for final plans. Closets were installed about 5 weeks after that by Kate and they came out beautifully. Reasonably priced and great service.
- SWShane WittstruckOct 15, 20255.0Great experience from start to finish. From Maria with the initial consult and design, Dave in scheduling, and Kate doing the final install. Concept II is an excellent option to get your closets and pantry spaces organized. Professional and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
- JWJessica WillcoxFeb 10, 20205.0My husband and I worked closely with Pam for our master bathroom remodel. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Pam was able to build us a look that was exactly what I was looking for and made herself available in the store and via email at all times to hold our hand throughout the process. Not only was she extremely helpful but her eye for design is fantastic! We are so thrilled with our experience and couldn’t recommend Pam and concept II enough!
- DSDrew SaurJun 15, 20185.0Concept II is without a doubt the most competent kitchen contractor in the Rochester market. The work they did was perfection, and their manner of project planning and execution is unparalleled. They plan for every exception possible, and include every key element in your pricing, leaving no surprises. Ted Fox is a perfectionist in the best ways possible, and we felt lucky to have such a great crew. They finished on time (actually, a little early) and on budget.
- AMAnn McAllisterJan 11, 20185.0Very accommodating and friendly staff. Linda Jones designed my kitchen--not easy task working with an old Tudor fixer upper! She always responded to my ideas and was honest with very straightforward, professional guidance. A true collaborator. Pictures to come.
