Very disappointed today. After bringing in my snowblower for a major tune up and receiving exceptional service, I recommended the place to a medium size landscaping service who were very please with the service. Then there was today. My Briggs and Stratton Troy Bilt pressure washer needed a tune up. I bring it over, take it out of my SUV, bring it up to the door and start to walk in only to be greeted with, leave that outside. No hello, happy to see you, I'll be with you shortly, not even a chance to say what I needed. Within a minute I am met outside with, we don't do those. What do you mean, you don't do those? We don't service that kind, too small. I said, here look, it still has the orange service tag with my name on it from the last time I brought it here. Oh, that's from the previous owner, we don't service those. I'm thinking, wait, you service lawnmower engines, don't you? Well good luck as the new people and hopefully you will be around as long as the previous owner. Loaded the pressure washer back in the SUV and drove off.
