- JPJENNIFER PRICE2 days ago3.0Previewed had good experiences with Mohawk but recently we had a gas leak in our furnace and it took them 6 or 7 visits to fix the situation but honestly that’s not terrible, frustration have wait all day as the window sometimes is long but we’re willing to wait to get things fixed. What I didn’t like was the attitude we got that the gas leak was “in our heads” so I called national grid two different times and they said yes there was still a leak. We’ve had mixed results with who we get, some guys were very nice and some not so much. What rocked me off was that yesterday the young man said if we have any other problems, we should just call national grid. This was said with sarcasm when o noted that I had been smelling the gas. I am sensitive to it but every time I smell it, their sensors do find it. Just don’t need the attitude.

He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about my boiler system and he walked through everything step by step, part by part, so that I had a better understanding of what he was doing. Everything was done in a timely manner and Zach gave me a spot on estimate for the price. Thank you, Zach. You are the man!
