The guys were professional and answered all my questions. I had told him my baseboard heating problem. He explained how my system worked and what my problem might be. I had 3 people look at my boiler and each one told me a different answer. Guess what? They were all wrong. I might be a Jack of all trades but I have never once in my life worked on a baseboard heating system. Ferguson had all the parts I needed to fix my problem. The parts were less expensive then Home-Depot. They even through in a piece of PEX pipe for free. Saved me $. They guided me through the steps I had to do and my boiler runs a whole lot better. He taught me a formula by measuring my radiant heat per foot and multiplying it by ???? to find how many BTU's I was getting. I am definitely going to refer anyone to Ferguson Plumbing if they have any HVAC or plumbing problems. I want to personality thank the guy who helped me out. Thank you bro, my wife is finally happy 😊.
