  Tried to call in a simple order this morning with 2 separate items at it. One small brass plumbing part and 1 box of HVAC pipe. I was told that I have to talk to 2 different departments separately because I have a plumbing part in an HVAC part. Then when they transfer me to those departments, no one answers the phone and I get sent to voicemail. And all that is after you navigate the touchstone system that answers the phone initially. This company could not make it more difficult to phone an order in if they tried. I gave up after 15 minutes and 4 phone calls and I just bought my part somewhere else.

  I almost never leave a review for a place or store that I have been at. But the customer service I experienced from Ferguson' was terrible. The employees were no help at all, they seemed extremely inexperienced in plumbing and we're just there to cash people out. The only reason this organization deserves a 1 star is because I was given another hardware store for me to purchase the valve I needed.

  Absolutely number 1 in customer satisfaction. I had gone there today. I went there with a picture of the part I needed. They were very informative on HVAC problems. The guys were professional and answered all my questions. I had told him my baseboard heating problem. He explained how my system worked and what my problem might be. I had 3 people look at my boiler and each one told me a different answer. Guess what? They were all wrong. I might be a Jack of all trades but I have never once in my life worked on a baseboard heating system. Ferguson had all the parts I needed to fix my problem. The parts were less expensive then Home-Depot. They even through in a piece of PEX pipe for free. Saved me $. They guided me through the steps I had to do and my boiler runs a whole lot better. He taught me a formula by measuring my radiant heat per foot and multiplying it by ???? to find how many BTU's I was getting. I am definitely going to refer anyone to Ferguson Plumbing if they have any HVAC or plumbing problems. I want to personality thank the guy who helped me out. Thank you bro, my wife is finally happy 😊.
