She was very informative and personable. Two knowledgeable installers came out and were finished in a timely manor. My husband and I couldn't be happier with Emerald.

They came back the next day and the tech Blake was very honest. He didn't seem like he was trying to over sell me on service I didn't need. He found the issue and he fixed it! Super fast and honest. I would recommend to anyone.

The unit seemed to be working, but by the next day it wasn't getting as hot as it usually did. I contacted Darren who dispatched another tech who got us up and running at no additional charge. It was amazing the level of service, information about our tech coming out including a picture to be able to identify them with. You earned a customer for life? shout out to Palmer possible the best personality tech ive ever met!
