  Overpriced estimate. They gave the most expensive option possible for my needs (almost 100k). This was including so called "rebates" they claimed to be adding in. When I asked them to clarify why this was so high they gave a lot of weird excuses as to why they couldn't explain the estimate fully (something about how it was all done by computer program and they didn't know the actual prices??) and none of it was itemized. they kept telling me that what they were selling was what I was asking for but it simply wasn't - they were fully upselling. I had asked several times for ballparks to see if what they were proposing made any sense at all but they refused to give them. Obviously I cancelled the job and asked for a revised estimate that would make sense and lowered the expected deliverables. Somehow they came down to15-20k (which they could have easily offered as an option earlier) and that was still on the high end for what I was requesting (One split unit for a small living room and a gas blower for a shop space). Very bad communication. Seemingly no desire to find the best options for the job (just the most pricey) Questionable estimates and absolutely no good answers. I do not recommend hiring them. There are better options out there for this area. Choose wisely folks.

  Wow! Just wow! Derick and William came to my house to install a new tankless water heater, a new furnace for my 5 bedroom house, and a mini-split for my detached carriage house. From the moment they arrived, they were hands-down the nicest and most professional contractors I have ever worked with in my entire life, including the many years I owned and managed commercial property. I simply cannot say enough about how absolutely incredible they run their company. Even the office staff and support admin is excellent. Kennedy will be my first call moving forward.

  We had a very good experience having a heat pump installed. Communication was great. The technicians who came were polite and professional. They kept us informed of what they were doing and did a great job cleaning up.
