  I brought a broken custom cabinet hinge that was no longer available and the cabinet door is specifically cut to accept only this size and model hinge. Ray was able to epoxy it back together since it couldn’t be welded or brazed. He called me a few times to keep me updated on the process. I can’t thank him enough I’m sure it would have been a lot easier for him to say it’s not repairable. He went above and beyond to make the repair. He did all of this and refused payment. Thanks to Ray and his crew at Hi-Temp Brazing my cabinet door is now back on and working again.

  I reached out to Ray to repair a piece that broke on my outdoor canopy. Not only was he responsive and able to get the job done, he didn’t charge! And Christine met me close to home to deliver the item to prevent me from having to drive back to Deer Park!! I am really appreciative and highly recommend them 😀
