  They’re a great place for anything you need for your furnace.. BUT they treat you different especially if you are not!! A contractor even in price.. TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS!!! I had them order a hamster wheel blower motor and they whacked the HE - double hockey stick out of me on shipping. $50 freight it was supposed to be and they took me for over $150.. also for the part itself I was told 2 different prices and the last price went up over $100.. I was in a pinch so I took it like a champ.. but I will never go back to them and I learned to just order parts on my own.. I don’t need to feel like I’m a joke bc I’m not a contractor or my money isn’t good enough

  The long haired blonde dude should not work in customer service. The dude was absolutely no help an made ID look bad. Couldn't tell me no fast enough to get outside to smoke. Smh
