  I recently had a billing miscommunication with this company and visited their office today to clear it up. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with absolute kindness and respect. The owner's mother greeted me warmly and immediately brought me into a conference room to discuss the situation. Shortly after the Owner/CEO James joined us. He listened to my concerns completely without interrupting, reviewed the paperwork, and very professionally explained their side of things. It was incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner who handles situations with such class, dignity, and genuine compassion. James truly understood how the issue was misinterpreted and went above and beyond to make things right. He told me that their reputation and customer service always come first, and it is easy to see why they have been successfully doing business for almost 60 years. It is a breath of fresh air to know there are still good, honest people running businesses like this. I highly recommend them!

  We had a great experience with Danny at All Weather Heating & Cooling Inc. He came to our house for maintenance on our Carrier Ductless Heat Pump. He was polite and professional. We were impressed with how thorough he was and how much he stayed with testing the system once he added Freon.

  Great company! I believe I spoke to Jennifer from the office who was overly accommodating and understanding. They were able to come to my house quickly and fix the issue I was having. The service tech, Kevin Duong was very professional, knowledgable, and patient. He explained things in a way I could understand and repaired the system without trying to sell me everything under the sun like other companies normally would. Truly appreciate their service.

  From the office staff to management to the technician who came to the house all were polite, informative and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend All Weather to anyone who needs a true professional at a fair and reasonable price.
