I want to thank All Weather for solving my AC problem Scott was on time and very professional I will look forward to doing more business with them in future also would like to thank Jennifer for her help in making my appointment possible thanks again
We had Tom come to our home because we were having an issue with our a/c unit.
Tom was very professional, nice & helpful.
He did what he could with our old a/c & gave his best suggestions. Thank you Tom for what you were able to do!
We just had a new mini-split system installed by All Weather, and we have been very happy with the whole process. When we initially called for an estimate, Anthony was able to quickly come by and assess our needs, and provide a plan for an installation that would be not only efficient but aesthetically pleasing. He then managed to schedule our install within days of our accepting the contract. The installer, Joe, was exceptional. All work was completed as discussed, in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, and he explained what he was doing, and answered all our questions. We were very impressed with how meticulous, neat, and thorough he was with all aspects of the installation (including all wiring and cables installed in the attic). The house was cleaned of all debris and all garbage was removed. Joe was extremely respectful of our home; he was a real pleasure to work with.
I wouldn’t recommend booking on line as it is not accurate. I got a call saying they couldn’t see me that day (Monday) They moved me to the next day. The next day I got a call moving me to the following day Wednesday. They came and diagnosed the problem. The next day I called 9am to get the estimate. Was told I needed to speak to the service guy and he would call me. No call. Called back at 4 he was on the road but would call me. No call. Friday I call again he still isn’t in. I get a call back asking if I got the estimate. I explained I had been trying to get it for 2 days. They said they emailed it to me. Had I known that I could have accepted it earlier. This is day 5 without AC. I accept the estimate, I ask when it will installed. They said I had to wait for that department to call me and let me know. Tuesday Day 9 I get a call saying the part will be in Monday they will install on Tuesday. Day 15 they came, installed and it’s working well. The reason for the 3 stars is not based on the work they did. The lack of communication was very frustrating and prolonged the process. Had I not gotten an approved same day appointment I may have used someone else. Had i known they were gonna cancel my appointment a second time, I would have tried someone else.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with how my heating issue has been handled over the past several months. In May of 2025, your company installed two new heat pump/HVAC units in my home. However, during the winter months, neither unit produced proper heat, forcing us to rely on multiple space heaters just to stay warm at night. I was never informed that the low outdoor temperatures could cause the units to fail entirely, nor was I advised of any limitations during the sales process.
When I contacted your company in the winter to report the issue, two technicians were sent to my home. They informed me that I could have the same boiler-to-HVAC connectivity for the main unit that I currently have in the master bedroom. At no point during the initial installation was I told that the main HVAC lacked a coil, or that one would be required for proper emergency heat functionality.
The technicians who visited in February explained that they could run a connection from the boiler to the main HVAC so that emergency heat would appear in the app just as it does for the master bedroom. They clearly understood my setup and the lack of heat I was experiencing. They also reported the issue back to your office, and I later received a call from a woman who quoted me $500 for the connection because of the ongoing problems I had been facing.
Although I initially hesitated due to concerns about power outages affecting the system, I called back shortly afterward to move forward with the installation. Despite this, I never received a written quote—only the verbal estimate—and for months I was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me. No one did for a very long time.
Four months later, two different technicians were finally sent to my home—neither of whom had any prior knowledge of my situation. I was then told that the connection would be far more involved and would require additional work, including a water line. This was shocking to hear, considering your company installed both units, your sales representative recommended them, and multiple technicians had already assessed my home. I reasonably assumed that the original $500 quote took all of this into account.
As a senior, a military veteran, and a retired law enforcement professional, I am extremely upset and disappointed. I feel that I have been misled and taken advantage of throughout this entire process. I trusted your company to provide reliable heating for my home, and instead I have spent months without proper heat, without clear communication, and without the follow-through I was promised.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed immediately and handled with the seriousness it deserves. I expect a clear explanation, accountability for the miscommunication and delays, and a fair resolution based on the circumstances and the commitments previously made to me.
