  I struggled with the # of stars that I should give this review. So, I was fielding several quotes from local HVAC contractors for a new boiler and possibly an A/C system. I called TW and their polite AI robot scheduled the date. A few days prior to the appointment, I received a call from the sales representative asking if we could reschedule for the following week for a reason I cannot recall. The day arrives, and after about nearly 2 hours and a bunch of data and numbers presented to me, he says that he will email the quotes to me and give me a few days to review. After 2 days pass, I have not received any emailed quotes. I reach out to the sales person and he tells me: I'm currently with a customer, but give me about 90 minutes and I'll check and get them over to you. It's several weeks passed now and still nothing. The grace period is in my rear view mirror. How does one interpret this?

  Matt really knows what he’s doing. He was able to repair our aging hvac system on a tight budget and make it work. My children recently lost their mother due to cancer and because of Matt’s ability to identify and repair the system he has made our home a little more comfortable. My children and I are grateful. Thank you, The Connolly’s

  So disappointed. Recently had a bad leak in the garage water line leading out to the hose. Not wanting to deal with it myself, I called T. Webber. They got here quickly, which was great, but then quoted me nearly $800 just to replace a valve. Literally. Technician was really nice and I know he has no control over pricing. I couldn’t bring myself to paying that kind of money for such a small job, so I went to Home Depot, spent about $50 on parts, put in about 30 minutes of work, and fixed it myself. I even had another licensed plumber look at it afterward who said the job was done well. Felt like absolute price gouging. I honestly couldn’t stop thinking about older people or those physically unable to do this kind of work themselves and how they’re basically at the mercy of these kinds of outrageous quotes

  Aidan Kiernan (T.Webber tech) did a great job. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to and was very professional. Aidan checked the entire system made some repairs and cleaned the whole system. After he finished he cleaned up and showed me all the work he did. Aidan is an excellent tech and a great representation of T.Webber. Thank you Aidan!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They came to my home to provide a quote, but during the visit they appeared to become uncomfortable after noticing something in my kitchen. One of the workers made a comment, said something to his partner and and never came back inside. A business showing bias towards a customer based on their political ideology isn’t smartest move considering fifty percent of the population voted the way I voted. Regardless of the reason, this felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Sad because the woman that came to my house in the morning to provide an estimate for a mini split unit was very nice.
