  Technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Once again the determining factor for not doing repair was excessive cost. Replacing a 25 to 45 dollar capacitor and looking for over 500 dollars is insane.

  The water line to our refrigerator sprang a pinprick leak. From the time I called them to job done was less than 5 hours. The techs who came out, Peter and Alex, were awesome. Personable, friendly, and professional. We’re so thankful this wasn’t a bigger job, but we will certainly be keeping T. Webber in mind if that day ever comes!

  I have used T. Webber several times in the past, mainly for annual boiler servicing, but my most recent experience was disappointing. I contacted them because I wanted a quote to have my mini-split systems cleaned. I was told that a quote could not be provided without scheduling a service call and having a technician come into my home. Once there, much of the visit seemed focused on selling me their membership program rather than simply addressing the service I had requested. From a customer’s perspective, it felt like the first goal was to get a technician into the house and the second was to sell a membership. I also did not believe that the few pictures taken by the technician were essential to preparing an estimate for cleaning the mini-splits. The entire experience felt more like shopping for a car than hiring a heating and cooling company. I do not enjoy high-pressure sales tactics, and I was also disappointed by the company’s use of AI in its customer communications. Unfortunately, this was very different from my previous experiences with T. Webber, and I do not like what the company appears to have become.

  We had been long JSP customers and decided to try Webber. We got a nice sales pitch back in January to purchase and install a generator. Paid $16k and here we are 5 months later without a working generator! In the midst of a rough winter with a newborn at home we were eager to get things moving quickly and despite being reassured they would get the work done asap, we weren’t given the permit application to sign until two months later! Nothing improved from there on. We had to pay the gas company twice to come hook things up on top of an additional part that ended up not being needed, the lack of communication was astounding in the worst way possible. The generator is still not working and July is around the corner. I think we are waiting for a part? Getting a hold of them is painful, this process has been a massive waste of time and money.
